The revitalizant is designed for restoring repair and wear protection of engine parts of motor technique with working volume up to 1000 cc. It is applied to motorbikes, motorcycles, snowmobiles, water and household motor technique (lawn-mowers, chain-saws, etc.). It offers a triple effect - repair, protection and economy.

How the revitalizant works:
During revitalization of the engine a cermet layer, grown on the crystal lattice of the metal surface layer, is formed on the friction pair surfaces. So, the conventional metal to metal contact is replaced by a practically non-wearing cermet to cermet contact.

Main characteristics of the cermet coating:

• microhardness ?750 kg/mm2;
• high corrosion resistance;
• roughness Ra up to 0.06 mkm.

General information about the revitalizant
XADO revitalizant is compatible with all types of motor oils and fuel, does not have chemical reaction with them and does not change their physical-chemical characteristics. XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives to the oils, no matter in what sequence they are applied.
The protective cermet coating is formed on any working mechanism, however, if the state of the mechanism (part) is critical (100% wear-out), the ruptured parts should be replaced.

Treatment procedure for engines of motor technique
With combined fuel and oil system.
Stage 1:
Shake the can. Spray half a can (10-15 sec) into the full fuel tank.
Run the engine as usual.
Stage 2:
When you refill the tank, repeat stage 1, spraying another half of the can.
With separated fuel and oil system.
Stage 1:
Warm up the engine to the working temperature. Shake the can.
Spray half a can (10-15 sec) into the engine oil tank.
Start the engine and let it idle for 2 minutes.
Run as usual.
Stage 2:
Repeat stage 1 spraying another half of the can after 150 - 250 km run or after 4 hours of the engine operation.
Note
The compound is equally effective on application for two- and four-stroke engines of any kind.
Treatment is completed after no less than 1,500 km run or 20 hours of engine operation.
It is not necessary to change the oil in four-stroke engines before treatment.
The dose should be doubled for the engines more than 1,000 cc in volume.
Use XADO gel-revitalizant for cylinders (lilac) in case of major wear.
