The revitalizant is designed for restoring repair and wear protection of the hydraulic steering wheel booster and other hydraulic equipment.

How the revitalizant works:
During revitalization of the hydraulic system a cermet layer, grown on the crystal lattice of the metal surface layer, is formed on the friction pair surfaces. So, the conventional metal to metal contact is replaced by a practically non-wearing cermet to cermet contact.

Main characteristics of the cermet coating:

1. microhardness ?750 kg/mm2;
2. high corrosion resistance;
3. roughness Ra up to 0.06 mkm.

Results after treatment with the revitalizant
Restores and protects friction parts from wear.
Removes blebs and scratches on work surfaces.
Increases the pump performance.
Increases the accuracy of the hydraulic system operation already after 50 - 100 km after application of the revitalizant.
Decreases noise and vibration of the pump of the steering wheel booster.
Protects parts from wear at the reduced oil level.
Eliminates pump howling.

General information about the revitalizant
XADO revitalizant is compatible with all types of automobile hydraulic fluids: ATF (Dexron? Mercon?, CHF, LHM, Power Steering Fluid etc.), does not have chemical reaction with them and does not change their viscosity and other physical-chemical characteristics.
XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives to hydraulic fluids, no matter in what sequence they are applied.
The protective cermet coating is formed on any working mechanism, however, if the state of the mechanism (part) is critical (100% wear-out), the ruptured parts should be replaced.

Treatment procedure for steering wheel booster
Step 1. Shake the can.
Step 2. Spray the necessary amount of gel-revitalizant into hydraulic booster tank.
Step 3. After adding the revitalizant, rotate the steering wheel during 5 - 10 minutes.
Step 4. Run the car as normal.
Step 5. Revitalization is completed after 50 hours of the mechanism operation (1,500 km run).

Note
The sure sign of revitalizing beginning is improvement in the steering-wheel mechanism operation (steering-wheel force augmentation, operation accuracy and noise decrease) already after first kilometers of run.
If after 100 - 200 km run no improvement can be observed in the hydraulic booster operation, then the most probable cause is a mistaken diagnostics.
