The revitalizant is designed for restoring repair and wear protection of mechanical transmission units without disassembling.

How the revitalizant works:
During revitalization of the transmission units a cermet layer, grown on the crystal lattice of the metal surface layer, is formed on surfaces of gears, bearings and other friction parts. So, the conventional metal to metal contact is replaced by a practically non-wearing cermet to cermet contact.

Main characteristics of the cermet coating:

1. microhardness ?750 kg/mm2;
2. high corrosion resistance;
3. roughness Ra up to 0,06 mkm.

Results after treatment with the revitalizant
Restores geometry of the parts.
Removes blebs and scratches on work surfaces.
Optimizes contact patches in pinion engagement areas.
Decreases noise and vibration of the units by 10 times.
Increases accuracy of the gear-shift.
Improves operation of synchronizers.
Provides significant fuel economy (especially for all-wheel drive vehicles).
Enables to run the transmission units (up to 1,000 km) in case of oil leakage.

General information about the revitalizant
XADO revitalizant is compatible with all types of transmission oils, does not have chemical reaction with them and does not change their viscosity and other physical-chemical characteristics.
XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives to the oils, no matter in what sequence they are applied.
The protective cermet coating is formed on any working mechanism, however, if the state of the mechanism (part) is critical (100wear-out), the ruptured parts should be replaced.

Treatment procedure for the gear box, transfer case and reducers with the oil system capacity of 1-2 L
Step 1. Shake the can. Spray the contents of the can into the oil filler neck of the gear box, transfer case or an axle reducer. Step 2. Treatment is completed after 50 hours of the mechanism operation (1,500 km run).

Note
The sure sign of revitalizing beginning is a decrease of noise in the mechanism from the first kilometers of run.
If the improvement of mechanism operation stopped at some moment, it testifies to extreme wear of the mechanism ?the recommended dose should be doubled.
If after 100 - 200 km run, no improvement in the mechanism operation is observed, then the most probable cause is a mistaken diagnostics.

Wear resistance of the protective coating is guaranteed for 1 year.
