The revitalizant is designed for restoring repair and wear protection of the whole cylinder-piston group of 2- and 4-stroke gasoline and diesel engines of passenger cars and trucks without disassembling them.

How the revitalizant works:
During revitalization of the engine a cermet layer, grown on the crystal lattice of the metal surface layer, is formed on the parts` surfaces of the cylinder-piston group. So, the conventional metal to metal contact is replaced by a practically non-wearing cermet to cermet contact.

Main characteristics of the cermet coating:

• microhardness - 750 kg/mm2;
• high corrosion resistance;
• roughness Ra up to 0.06 mkm.

Results after treatment with the revitalizant
Increases compression in cylinder.
Restores cylinder geometry and removes ellipse form.
Eliminates scratches and tearings of 0.1 mm size and other surface defects.
Protects parts of cylinder-piston group against wear at cold start.
Decreases noises and vibration.
Increases engine power.
Decreases fuel consumption.
Reduces CO and content in exhaust.

General information about the revitalizant
XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives to the oils, no matter in what sequence they are applied.
The protective cermet coating is formed on metal surfaces from any alloys. However, if the state of the parts of the cylinder-piston group is critical (100% wear-out), the ruptured parts should be replaced.

Treatment procedure for the cylinder-piston group of the gasoline engine
1. Warm up the engine (the engine must be warm but not hot).
2. Twist out the plugs from the cylinder; disconnect the central cable of the sensor of ignition timing and switchboard.
3. Spray the whole content of the can into cylinders (in several steps, 5...1- sec. each).
4. Let the piston have 15 - 20 strokes (with a crank, towing, by rolling a driving wheel, when it is in the air, etc).
5.Twist in the plugs and drive the starter 3 - 4 times for 3-4 sec with the break intervals for 15 - 20 seconds.
6.Attach the central cable and switchboard, and run the engine at idle for 15 min.
7. Run the engine in a usual mode.

Note
1. The treatment procedure for the cylinder-piston group of diesel engines is the same. Spray the content of the can through the nozzles or glow plug hole.
2. With the diameter of the cylinder over 120 mm, the revitalization cycle should be repeated.
3. It is recommended to clean the cylinder-piston group before the treatment. Use Verylube ANTICARBON for cleaning cylinders from carbon.

Dosage
The amount of the revitalizant is enough for treatment of 4 engine cylinders.
